1. Acceptance
By installing or using Periodic Memory KZV (the app or this website), you agree to these Terms of use and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Periodic Memory KZV is a memory game with the Periodic Table, for one player against a robot. The game runs on your device; the internet is used for the optional ranking and for the ads.
3. Account and nickname
The game doesn't require an account, a password or personal data. For the ranking, you choose a nickname, which other players can see. Don't use your real name, nor nicknames that are offensive, invade other people's privacy or impersonate others. We may remove from the ranking nicknames and results that violate these terms.
The recovery key shown in Settings → My data is your credential: keep it and don't share it. Whoever has it can change or delete your record.
4. Permitted use
You agree not to: (a) send fake or forged scores to the ranking, or try to bypass the service's limits; (b) reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the app, the code or the server; (c) overload or try to break into the server; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The code, art, name and visual identity of Periodic Memory KZV belong to LogicMind (or to their respective licensors) and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. The names and symbols of the chemical elements are in common use.
6. Ads
The app is free and shows ads from partners (Google AdMob) to keep the service running: a banner at the top of the table and, now and then, an ad between games. The content of the ads is the responsibility of the respective advertisers. See the Privacy policy to learn how data is handled.
7. Ranking
The ranking is a bit of fun between players. The score is sent by the app itself and can't be verified with certainty; for that reason the ranking offers no prizes and has no official value, and we may correct, reset or turn off the ranking at any time.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of being error-free. The game is for entertainment and study: it doesn't replace teaching material. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability, connection failures or events beyond our control, within the limits of the law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time, in the app or on the Delete my data. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Relevant changes will be shown by the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent court under the applicable law.
